Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing the services of PROBODY LEISURE LIMITED, you agree to be bound by these terms. Our services are available to individuals aged 18 and over residing in our delivery catchments.

2. Delivery Obligations

We aim to deliver within the windows specified. However, PROBODY LEISURE LIMITED is not liable for delays caused by traffic, weather, or events outside our control (Force Majeure). Risk of loss passes to the customer upon delivery to the specified address.

3. Cancellation and Refunds

Due to the perishable nature of our products, cancellations must be made 48 hours prior to the scheduled delivery date. Refunds for quality issues are subject to inspection and must be reported within 4 hours of receipt.

4. Limitation of Liability

Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the price paid for the specific delivery in question. We are not liable for allergic reactions if the specific allergen was not disclosed during the onboarding process.

5. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. The courts in Stafford shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
